M&M was founded by lifelong friends Jake Dadon and Uri Shalev, who decided to team up after Jake experienced a major flood in his own home. That personal experience inspired the idea for a company that would prioritize customer trust, fast action and high standards. Together, they realized that with their combined backgrounds and values, they could deliver something better - restoration with integrity, transparency, and a personal touch.

Jake brings over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate, with a strong passion for remodeling and design. He is also a licensed public adjuster (PA), offering our clients valuable insight when navigating the claims process. Jake lives in Las Vegas with his wife, two children and a dog.

Uri’s background is rooted in high-level project management, having worked with leading global cybersecurity companies before transitioning into property management. For the past three years, Uri has overseen residential property projects with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two young kids.
